Education of a statutory University (M.Ed.) preferably with specialization in Adult Education, Elementary Education,
Education or non‐Formal Education or Educational Planning and Administration.
Provided that,
(a) Preference may be given to candidates having Second Class Master’s degree in Humanity or Social Science or Sciences
plus M.Ed. with Degree or Diploma in Management or Higher Education or Educational planning or Rural Development or Child Development.
